Wusthof Gourmet 2pc Come-Apart Kitchen Shears / Scissors & 5″ Spreader Set
An excellent gift idea for any kitchen enthusiast or professional chef, the Wusthof 2-piece set includes a 5″ serrated sandwich spreader and kitchen shears.
Since 1814, knives bearing the Wusthof name and the Trident logo have been
crafted to the highest standard. Today, in a
state-of-the-art facility, that tradition of quality is ensured as old-world
craftsmanship meets twenty first century production methods.
The Wusthof 2-piece utility set includes a 5″ spreader and kitchen shears. These powerful 8-inch kitchen shears cut food, flowers, paper, cardboard, even carpet. They’re balanced in the hand and work equally well for right-handers and left-handers. Blades formed from high-carbon stainless steel curve inward so they meet in only one place at any given position and cutting action is smooth and exact. One blade’s serrations prevent slippage. The shears come apart for easy cleaning and sharpening. Steel-tooth insets in the rugged synthetic handles twist open bottle and jar caps. The shears are dishwasher-safe . The Wusthof Gourmet 5″ Spreader is a great add-on to your knife collection. The distinctive wide design of the stamped steel blade, with its serrated, beveled edge means that you can use it to cut cheeses or butter for your sandwich in addition to spreading condiments from jams to aioli. Use the gourmet sandwich spreader to quickly and easily prepare sandwiches for snack trays or meals.
